But until it began work with E.piphany and Chatham Systems Group, Pioneer did not have easy access to product information. The company lacked an integrated, enterprise-wide CRM system, and its reporting depended on a third party system, running on old technology that was not user friendly. Because it was so time-consuming to retrieve and format the data, Pioneer was using precious customer-management resources to generate basic information.

Working closely with Pioneer, Chatham Systems Group assisted in the integration of multiple systems and created a unified, easy-to-access Internet-based platform that will provide Pioneer with a single view of its inbound and outbound communications with brokers across all channels.

Pioneer has created a system that integrates data and interactions across all customer touch points, providing it with real-time reports and analyses—previously unavailable—that allow it to gain detailed insights into its brokers and products, and to act on those insights. Pioneer can provide better service to its brokers with more timely and customized product information and sales support.
